Job description：
1. According to the company strategy, in charge of developing and maintaining global supplier net, including Mono-crystalline silicon supplier & polycrystalline silicon supplier & wafer supplier & cell supplier, and establish a international strategic supplier chain
2. Supervise the monthly & yearly sourcing plan and ensure to accomplish the critic material supply timely;
3. build the sourcing team and coach and improve communicating & negotiating skills of sourcing staff;
4. select the talent oversea engaged in the same business and establish the supplier office as demand;
